Sluggish

I have a 90 Bronco with a 351. I noticed lately that the engine seems sluggish. When pressing on the accel pedal.......it seems to almost hesitate and the i'll watch the tach kick up and the truck starts to move, especially when starting from a stop/idle position. I had a new gas tank put in a few months ago, along with changing the filters, and plugs. Myself, it seems more of an engine problem than in the drive train. Any suggestions?

My '93 302 with 73000 miles has similar problem... maybe cap/rotor problem? Haven't had a chance to change mine yet...
