The engine in my truck finally took a dump on me so I'm going to be ordering a new, slightly-modified long block (Crane 444232 cam and springs and some other minor goodies) and trying to give the truck a little more power for towing/off-roading/etc. I'm going to be running the stock intake with a K&N filter, but I'm wanting to ditch the exhaust manifolds and free up the exhaust a little bit while I have it out.
My question is: what are the best headers to run on a '93 F-250 with the 351W? Am I going to have to cut them up to get them installed? (I've had to do this with Fox body mustangs and it is no fun!) And do you recommend installing them before or after I drop the new block in the truck?
Any other advice or suggestions is more than welcome.

Oh... are you in for a nice surprise.

I have had no problems installing longtube headers on my trucks. The Flowtechs I have now almost literally dropped right in.. I had to put one in from below and cut a small protrusion off the passenger side frame. No clearance issues once they are in, and the motor was bolted in place when they were installed.
