jerky

well i bought a comercial food slicer today, so i can now do other kinds of jerky instead of just ground beef. Curious if there was any hunters out there who would like to make a buck selling some of their "buck" (sorry about the pun). If anyone out their would like to sell some meat id be interested too. Buffalo meat too.

A commercial meat slicer must have been expensive! I have a handy little one at home, I like to use it for all sorts of stuff, it works great!

mines an 8 1/2" electric slicer like the deli at a grocery store has. Mines one step down from those ones tho and not automated.

Planning on doing any upholstery work? An electric carving knife works great on cutting and shaping foam rubber.

I don't want to sound negative but you are not allowed to sell wild game taken by hunting. You can however give it away as a gift. Then effieman could give something in return. You know like the 53 . I am not sure what i have left in the freezer.

I think the one i have has a 6 inch blade, not too sure though. Mine has the manual hand type deal where you slice it too.

I will have to ask my dad if you can sell game, hes big into that stuff. He was actually president of the nipawin fish and game league for a few years. He should know! I dont think you can sell it though. For some reason i think it is the same as fish.
