There will be cash back rebates once the initial surge of Folks who could not wait plays out.Ford along with the others is hurting and they need to sell the product. I expect to see cash back rebates on all the big trucks in the very near future.Ford already has the "customer loyality" rebate in effect in My opinion as a test to see if rebates will increase sales..I will wait fot the rebates.
I just purchased a F450 in Southern California and received the following rebates:
$1000 Retail Bonus Cash
$1000 Super Duty Loyalty
$500 Military Rebate
I own 03 f350 with 6.0 diesel dealer says loyality rebate not aviable
Sometimes the loyality rebate runs for certain dates, mine did, In order to get it I had to sign the Paperwork by April 2nd. then it expired. Right now there are other rebates 1,000 to 1,500 depending on the cab configuration. But I would also check another dealer. Some dealers seem to know more about the loyality rebates than others. Good luck
Not to get in politics just to warn you be careful what you wish for. There are only 2 ways to "reduce" the cost of healthcare.
One is to federalize it like the Canadians and the only thing that does is make you pay the government for it instead of the doctors. This gives the doctors less incentive to pay big bucks for a good education so less doctors which in turn means long waits to get simple things like a torn ACL fixed. The final cost ends up being higher because of the government red tape, you just pay it in taxes instead.
The second way to reduce healthcare costs is to regulate it. This gives the doctors less incentive to pay big bucks for a good education so less doctors which in turn means long waits to get simple things like a torn ACL fixed. The final cost ends up being higher because of the government red tape, you just pay it in taxes instead.
Notice how the end result is the same in both. Sorry for the rant.
You are correct....I sure don't want the government to tell me what is covered and what is not....
Ask any Canadian how good government run health care is!...
On another subject about government did you see Hillary Clinton voted against making English the official language of the US....
Well I can't say much about the price of the new trucks, everthing has gone up. I gues sit is all relative. Of course the trucks we have now days are much more advanced, fancy that what was available 25 or 35 years ago. Back then, power steering was just becoming the norm. I am sure the creature comforts we all want (me also) today have brought the price of the trucks up also.
I might date myself, but I remember when 10k for a new truck or car was astronimical...
Well...for the advice about checking different dealers...definitely try that and see what happens...you may get lucky.
I agree. All dealers are different in how low they are willing to go. I was in one dealership that only wanted to drop $1000 off of the MSRP. They had no choice but to include the factory $1000 rebate and even made like he didn't know about it. Needless to say I'm not buying from them.
