i just got a 460, don't know what it came out of or what year.
The numbers in the intake are D34EA1b, on the front and 3D13 on the back.
does this make any since to anyone?

look just above the starter- theres a block casting code- if its d9te then its made in 1979 or after, if its d1ve then its 1971 to 1978. my guess from the intake code though is it would be a 1973-1978

whats differnt bout the 71-78 vs the 79 up?
