Depending on the year of your truck you might find a switch and mount in a boneyard. LMC Truck, Blue Oval Parts are places you can get most of what you need. Really shouldn't be too hard.....just take a little time getting things done right I'd think.

Thanks, 92F150Flare. I was planning on buying the switch & coverplate from LMC & then following the wiring diagram in my haynes manual to get the job done but was trying to see if any had done it before.
