ACT Sensor

I've had a problem with my '90 Inline 6 F-150 Stalling. It will run for a few minutes then idle rough and eventually stall. It will always restart, but requires a lot of cranking. I ran the codes from a self test and found that the ACT Sensor was running out of the self test range of 0.3 to 3.7 volts. Is it possible that the ACT Sensor is causing my truck to stall?

Thanks...I'll try to test the sensor tomorrow after work and let you know if that works.

doesn't seem to be the ACT Sensor. I pulled codes again and was given 67 for KOEO and 13 and 24. The 67 is "neutral safety circuit failure". I'm not sure what this is. if this piece were defective, could it be making me stall?
