interior light stays on
I had to take out my interior cab light the other day, when i shut the truck off and close the door it doesn't turn off. I thought maybe it's a switch on the door jam, but i looked around and didn't see one. do the 2002 rangers have door jam switches or are they magnetic?

Spray the latch/locking mechanism down with WD-40 or the like and open and close the door several times. It will eventually start to do it again if left alone, so most people who have that style of latch just spray it at every oil change and keep the problem at bay.
