Hard Shifting

My 94 Bronco has just recently started shifting really hard, to the point of damaging the transmission. any thoughts? thanks

Ck the fluid level/condition , it could also be electronic have seen bad EPC solenoids cuase hard shifting is the o/d light flashing?
