There are aftermarket kits available to convert manual windows to power windows.
No Ford F Series Truck or Bronco had power windows till 1981.
No Econoline had power windows till 1985.
Basic part numbers: 14529, 14540 = switches; 23394/23395 = motors.

I pulled the power window system out of a "87" F150 it was completely self contained. No other wiring intermingled. Just pulled the dash off and unscrewed the wire ties. Haven't installed it yet but eventually will get to it.

This is what I did with my 68 f100.
I used the stock setup and added 89 mustang electric motors.
