Not More Ip Problems

The last few days my 88 has been acting funny. At first it just cut off when you let off the pedal, but now when you push the pedal, it hesiates before accelerating. Put the pedal on the floor and it takes 4-5 seconds before the engine actually accelerates. PLEASE tell me it is not another injection pump. B/c thats the 3rd one I've put on it since August.

Have you been putting on new pumps? Are you adding lots of fuel lubricity additive to make up for the new ultra low sulfer diesel?

I am not running ultra low, I search for the places that sell the old stuff. However, this is the third, but the one before that was deffective, some of DIESEL CARE AND PERFORMANCE's Crappy pumps, I bought this one from a pump shop in Birmingham, ordered through Ben Atkinson Motors in Tallassee, AL, and it has a nation wide warranty, including labor, so I just need to take it back to Tallassee, however, I'm back in Arkansas now, and I don't want to drive it back to Alabama when I go next week if its acting like this.

might be a problem with the fuel filter or lift pump.. Also, ALL the fuel has the sulfur content cut. Use a lubricity additive to all the fuel.
Make sure the accelerator cable is free moving. i had one that was sticking and didnt know it till it actually broke.
