There should actually be 4 notches. The u-bolts are probably covering up the other two. The adjustment is anywhere in between them but once you pass the notches the bar is too big for the u-bolts to go over.

if so do you have the part #for the bilstein? i tried researching, and all the 4x shop around here tried selling me a coplete kit.

I got it on ebay, took awhile to find it on there, just keep watching for it, and it'll come up. It works with stock, or any lift, and it's a great kit!
