I love the Bronco brochure where it shows the 4 speed SROD from the 2 wheel drive pickups instead of the big 4 speed. You'll notice the shift pattern right away, 1-2-3-OD. Not to mention shifter location.
I loved the full rainbow on the 1979 Free Wheelin' Bronco. that reminds me, does anybody make the stripe kits anymore? I can find the lazers around for the Torinos and such, so I figure SOMEBODY makes them for the trucks/broncos as well.

Nobody reproduces the pickup/Bronco free wheeling stripes as far as I know.
But one can take a photo of them and hopefully measurements to a pin-striping company and they can reproduce them.
My 1979 F100 still has the origional paint, so that should be easy enough to do before I strip it down to metal. The stripping is all one piece though, instead of typical pinstripping, was gonna paint them on to start with, but I think the decals would look better.
The striping (1 p) kits only had a shelf life of about 1 year.
stripping (taking things of)
I've got some pieces of the rainbow stripes from a truck I once owned. Think it's still useable, or was junk long ago? I never did figure why they were there, other then maybe it got in a wreck when it was newer and they had to buy the complete kit to fix it.
it's probably to late but out of the 3 i'd go the green. but a personal choice if you've got something standing that tall make it stand out. gun metal gray with green flames trust me.
