fuel pump problems

i've got another problem with my 99 f-450 thats got me stumped. my fuel pump isn't working. i've checked the fuse with my fluke and it was fine. i unplugged the fuel pump and used a battery charger to jump it and it work just fine. is there some kind of pressure switch somewhere that i should be looking for?

There is an inertia cutoff switch behind the passenger side kick panel.

if that inetia switch was bad would it cause my problem because the button is pushed in on the switch.

Check the pcm power relay in the power distrabution box under the hood, # 30.
