Escape COP Misfire

Escape COP Misfire
Hi All. I'm completely new to this so bear with me. I live in London in the UK and have a 2001 model Escape V6 - called Ford Maverick here. It went into the shop for a service and change of plugs but then developed a serious misfire. It has been with the shop for 6 weeks and they seem unable to figure out what it causing the misfire. I've provided them with the TSB about COP problems. Any one any idea what the problem might be/solution? Regards from England, enfield_chris
