I looked on www.powerstrokeshop.com and all I saw were total facelifts for like $1300. Do you have a P/N for just the grill?
That is what I did for mine. Just went with the whole package deal... If you just want the grille just email them and as for a quote... you could go with the chrome package, chrome XLT, and harley grille.... They have them all...

If you buy one the one from PSshop, what you need to do is just cut it yourself. The way i did it was a measure the difference(i cant remember what it was), then i taped off that amount on the bottom, took a razor knife then scored thru the chrome so to help it not chip. Then i took a cut off wheel and cut slowly the whole way. Then i test fitted it and just cut what i needed until i got it right but before i made any cuts, i went ahead and taped and scored the chrome. It came out real well for me, the chrome did come up in one spot, its about is big as this <1> <---that one represents the size of the spot that came up. I used zip ties to attach it to the bottom of the header panel.
It took me about 5 hours to do from dead start to dead finish. It took me almost an hour before i actually cut it.
