Buy the one for fords and just cut it! It will save you 100$. Its not hard, it took me 5 hours to modify a stock 05 grille.

Why don't you just buy the stock chrome XLT grille from www.powerstrokeshop.com for 170 bucks shipped and trim it yourself? You could spend the money saved on tools to do it yourself?
