460 EFI failed smog
Hey guys/gals,
I need help getting my truck to pass smog. it is an 89 F350 crewcab dually with a 460 and it is putting out too much co at idle and 2500 rpm and it is running rich at idle. exact numbers are 236ppm for HC test at idle and 5.68% CO at idle. at 2500 RPM it is putting out 48ppm HC and 2.18% CO. I also need to know where to get a timing pointer for the truck as it is missing from the engine. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
P.S.
All emissions gear is on truck.

The truck has a brand new o2 sensor in it. I am going to put a new cat on in the morning. some times it seems like it is really running rich. Any ideas on where to get a new timing pointer for this truck? Thanks.
