SD Rear shocks

Has anyone ever tried to modify there rear end by moving the rear shock on the outside of the frame. Just like the new F150's. I would think that the ride would be much better. If anyone has, please post you pic's.

Is there room to move it? Seems like it's cramped now...unless you do some major mods.

I haven't really taken a good long look. But I can't see why this should not work. I would use the same location as the F150.

Unfortunatly its not as easy as just welding up some mounts and moveing the shocks out.....but that idea makes me scatch my head wondering why Ford has not done it with the Superduties.
