7.3 exhaust
my sisters boyfriend has a 99 f350 7.3....i think he said its actually a 98.5....but anyways he just got a volant intake and exhaust with what i want to say is a 5" system...i think (sorry for my ignorance) well he is very dissapointed in the sound from the exhaust as he said it souds like it is still stock...is this normal out of this system or what, because he isnt happy...

Most aftermarket exhausts have a deeper tone to them.
Some are quieter than others though.
If he wants it loud....tell him to remove the muffler and make it a straight pipe, doesn't get any louder than that
