02 Explorer 4.0
Well I have a new one. I can't get gasoline in my Explorer. I get to the pump, put in the nozzle and it keeps clicking off. This has happened at different stations. The only thing I can do is squeeze the trigger very slowly, to let the fuel trickle in. Anyone have any ideas? Your help is appreciated.

as the gas goes down the tube, the air needs to get back out of the tank. there is a 1/2 inch line off the gas tank with a rubber hose that vents to the top of the fill line somewhere. it could also be plugged or collapsed.
