Front coil springs
check at an autoparts store. if your lucky the part #'s are the same if the parts are too. but be careful there are lots of different spring rates. they vary by engine size, automatic or manual, a/c or not and on and on. you can usually spend 100.00 on a good set from the parts stores. if you want a real heavy duty set see if they make a varirate set, as they are real stiff.
I'd like to help but can't, because friggen Ford removed the comparison spring charts in 1980. In 1979, and back to the 1940's, one can compare spring rates and diameters between models. No More. It's all done now by the door codes or the VIN.

LOL :)
Kind of a love/hate relationship, in my case. :)
But I say screw it anyway :)
...go to the wreckin yard and buy the thickest-wire-springs you can find that will fit your pickup. I took my .001" reading vernier caliper with me. :) Measure yours first. ;)
Ford put two different ones on the ones i've measured, the thicker higher spring rate one went on the passenger side and a slightly thinner lower spring rate one on the driver's side. I'm guessing because the engine & transmission sets just right-of-center. ??
I say screw that too. ;)
I put two of the heaviest I could find on both sides of mine and it sets square as anything! :) Straighter than it ever did and I bought it new. :)

The rear leaf springs can be re-arched.
BTDT myself, no big deal anyone can do it.

ps- the higher the spring rate, the shorter they are, while loose.
