There's not a lot of bolt-ons beyond what you listed. If you already have the CAI, exh and tune, then headers, throttlebody, cam and port/polished heads are your next engine mods. Or you can just go right to a supercharger. However, there are other mods that will make your truck feel peppier. Gears, high stall torque converter, shift kit, nitrous, better shocks, good swaybars.....
i know this is kind of hijacking a thread...but will you get better fuel mileage/performance out of no cat converter...and dual exhuast with mufflers...or dual exhuast with cats and mufflers.
My truck has to pass OBDII inspection so there's no way to get rid of the cats.I plan on doing a cat back system but I haven't found the muffler I wanted yet I don't want flowmasters something quieter.
Todays catalytic converters are much better than the offering of 80's and earily 90's. You should see only minimal differences in performance.
Corsa's mufflers sound quiet nice, as does borla. I've been a borla dealer for a long time, a few people have complained they are too quite. They are a good sleeper exhaust.

My Flowmaster 50 series is pretty quite... i cant even hear it when im going down the highway at all.... Only time i hear it is when i stomp on it...I really like the balance...Just somthing to think about cause the 40 series mufflers are much louder..

I have 40 series on my Dodge I can't think at 70mph so they will get replaced also
Ya thats what i hear about the 40 series. The 50 is much quiter but giving a throtty sound when you lay into her. But ya cant even hear it goin down the highway..
I have the Flowmaster Force II catback system that has a series 50 muffler. Sounds good outside not to mention quiet enough to carry on a conversation in the truck even with the windows down. But when you get on it you dang sure know it. Picked it up from Auto Anything- good price and free shipping
hmm well as long as i am now losing to much performance...my cats were cut when i bought the truck...the 02 sensors have been re tapped...and it has true dual exhaust...with some no name Flo-Pro mufflers....it is by no means quiet...its got some nice bark if you step on it...i would like it a little bit louder ..so maybe i will put Flowmaster 40's on...what about blue bottles..are those even still legal?
