constant velocity

does anyone have any secrets on disassebly and assembly when replacing u-joints in these.did one yesterday and had to torch the joints out and felt lucky that I didn't flop a needle installing second joint.thanks in advance for replies.

I always hit the joints with PB Blaster for a few days before I do them. I have never had a problem with doing u-joints in any of mt trucks. Just use an old impact socket and hammer with the shaft supported under a block of wood. I know what you mean about almost messing up the needles you have to be careful.
