Header coatings ?
So I have a 351M(79 bronco) I have been looking at full length headers and summit carries a million regular painted ones. These painted ones are junk right ? I use this truck solely for wheeling. I was thinking the painted ones will just rust on me. I found a couple headers with ceramic coatings. Are these any good ?These are only a little bit more money then the painted ones. LMC truck carries a set that are jet hot coated but they are $$$$. What is a fender well exit ?

Ceramic coating for headers is the best thing since sliced bread. Paint or other platings will deteriorate rapidly and rust. The ceramic coating will chip and break if the headers are "hammer fit" into the vehicle.
