Some 1965/72 F100/350's have a C-4 from the factory when equipped with a 240/300 I-6. Most use the MX Cruise-O-Matic.
The C-4 was also used in 1965 and early 66 352's. Most 65-67 FE engines when equipped with an auto used Cruise-O-Matics, the MX version.
1968 thru 1976 FE's used C-6's only.
1973/79 F100/250's with 240/300 I-6's and 302's also used C-4's. The 1975/79 F100/250 with the 300 or 302 also used C6's.
The 1973/79 F350's with the 300 I-6 used FMX Cruise-O-Matics.
