Nope, you will be fine using the low sulfur diesel. Its the new 6.4 that needs the ultra low fuel. Your truck can use either fuels without any worries.
from what i've heard all stations are using ultra low sulfur and maybe the station you went to hasn't put the new sticker on it. I could be wrong (at least that what my wife tells me from time to time).
Evidently the fuel station you went to is still running old stock, or hasn't run enough of the new diesel though the tanks yet to be certified as ULSD. As far as I know all suppliers of on road fuel have been shipping ULSD since around October. A gas station has to either empty thier tanks and fill with ULSD or dilute the LSD with enough ULSD to meet the ULSD specs in order to get the new ULSD sticker on the pump.
I would bet it's ULSD anyway, and they just haven't applied the new sticker.
It would be interesting to know if there is any LSD (500ppm) remaining at common pumps, besides off- road dyed fuel. If there is, and they're relying on that little sticker to prevent misfueling, there are going to be problems......
On a recent trip to MI I came across both kinds. I had thought that the 500 was gone too. Had nozzle on it that I assume would not fit the 07 fuel fillers. It barely fit my 06.
I am not sure if it was because I was at a truck pump or if it was the 500ppm. It was a lot larger than other diesel nozzles I had used. I have a private source for fuel (no it is not agri) and have only bought when out on the road so I do not know if this was a thing like the old unleaded versus leaded nozzle thing or not.
I have noticed, while searching websites, that Interstate 95 seems to be hit or miss as far as ulsd goes. Both Flying J and TA have stations where ulsd is not available.

At most truck stops, the Truck pump nozzles are larger than the Car/RV diesel pump nozzles. This is do to the higher flow rate for the big trucks trying to fill-up a few hundred gallons at a time.
I have the same sticker on my 07. I think it is to help all the people who buy an 07, and then hear everyone say that all 07 diesels have to run ULSD. Since all of the 07s were actually built in 06 that is not true for Ford, only the 08 Super Duty trucks have to run ULSD.
