tail light wire harness what years will work
i heed a wire harness for tail lights, back up etc. i just bought it a few weeks ago 1978 F150 the wiring is a nightmare from about 2 foot ft. in front of the rear tire all the way to the sockets. its beond hope what years wire harness will work on my 78 ? I need to go junk yard hunting.

The taillamps, marker lamps and license lights are the same for all Stylesides from 1974 thru 1979. That means all the looms will be the same at the rear. There are several wiring looms listed, depending on cab type, bed length, etc. Try to find one that matches the same configuration your truck is.
