Removing Pillar Covers

I'm going to mount a permanent Ham Radio antenna to the roof of my CrewCab. I want to fish the cable to under the dash via one of the front roof pillars. Are they easy to come off? Just pop the covers and unscrew them then pull them off?

So easy, a caveman can do it??
