i have a 99 f-250sd extended cab, my driver door on the outside is not working right, i got to open the door and sometimes it opens fine other times it dont, when it dont as i opull on it it makes noise and doesent open door i have lubed the heck out of it and i just dont get y it does this, if i push in hard on door then try it usually opens up. everything moves free in there just dont understand it!!!!!
When you say "everything is working in there" Have you taken the inside door panel off?
When it doesn't work right have you tried going in from the passenger side and using the inside handle to see if that opens the door properly?
This would eliminate a possible cause broken latch parts with connection to inside handle.
it still could be bent or broken outside latch connection .
The door latch post on your rear super cab door does it line up in the center of the opening to the front latch.
Does the front door sag badly when you open it?
you can feel it it drop ,if it does. Hinge pins are worn .
Chk this out and get back to us.

alll latch parts work fine and door does not sag the pins are still good, it did freeze n me this winter maybe it bent or something but it worked fine after it thawed out?
Yes ,i would say one of the rods connecting the handle to the latch are bent.
If it froze then thats the problem.
Do a comparison to the other side to see which rod looks bent.
The rods usually bend before the latch parts themselves.
