New member need some help

Good day to all,
I have a 1999 F250SD V10 it has 81K on it. Having some front end issues. There is approx 2" of play in the stearing wheel. 1" either way and it is driving me nuts. Took it in for a front end inspection and they told me the ball joints were bad. Actually I knew that so I had them replaced. Also put new tires on and replaced the tie-rod ends. This tightended it us a little but there is still 2" of play. I'm lost don't know what to do. Put new breaks on to. any help would be apperciated.

Hello and Welcome!

Sorry to hear about your problem. You will want to post your question in the tech forums since this one is used for introductions. Click on the Forums tab at the upper left and browse over the list. I recommend this one: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/forum64/ There is also a Super Duty forum that may like. Try 'em out!

BTW, there is still your state chapter that you can stop in at. The state chapters are at the bottom of the Forums list and are a great source of information about local events.

Good Luck!
