Getting a liner is another one of those things i'll get done sometime, i was always thinking Rhino, i'd never heard of line-x until recently, but it seems like most people prefer line-x. I guess i'll have to go with line-x.
I like the look of the Rhino more. It has a nice glossy look. I haul my quadrunner all over California, and I am thinking about a Line-X because of how rough it is. The thing about the Line-X is that I have seen some really bad work with them and all the Rhino's I see are neat and clean. I think it will help hold the quad still better, but it just doesn't look as good to me. They should both hold up well against my abuse unlike the factory paint. Does anybody know how they hold up against high octane fuels, and/or engine oil? Because in the dunes your truck is your work station.
I had Rhino in my last truck and my father has LineX. We've talked about this before and have agreed that the Rhino seems to do a better job of holding the cargo still and preventing it from slipping around. But it has a tendency to tear (probably it's tendency to give a little in preventing slip makes it susceptible to tearing) while the LineX is harder and more durable, it also doesn't stop things from sliding around as well. I suppose there are exceptions, but this has been our experience personally and has been "backed up" by observations of friends/family's vehicles. As for looks, neither of us got the liners because we thought it "looked better", we thought of it as a functional upgrade. It's a truck and it gets worked.

Mine has had tranny fluid, engine oil (used) and fuel spilled on it and none seem to have affected it.
I have Rhino in my 97 F150 SC and it has held up well. I must be fortunate to have one that was sprayed well, not globby. Mine has a one inch by two inch chipped-off section in the tailgate and a two inch tear in the bottom of the bed close to the drivers-side cab. The truck was sprayed in Houston, TX, and a local rep here in Chicago, IL said he would fix the truck no questions asked.
I'm in the market for an 07 Lariat Screw and two dealerships in two different states have told me they recommend Line-X over Rhino. I'm having the 07 Screw sprayed Line-X.
My hats off to the guys who have been successful in finding their 6.5' bed Screw Lariat. I'm still waiting to hear back from the dealership telling me they found one. Although I am looking for a tan not black leather interior.
Line-X, hands down. I've had both. My last (3) trucks have all had Line-X. I've hauled engines, axles, stone, etc. in them & haven't had *any* chips/cracks. I had a "chuck" come out of my Rhino when hauling axles around (they were rolling...) ;-)
GO with the line-x for the simple fact if you ever move and have to get it repaired for some reason line-x will do it Rhino will not b/c you didnt get it sprayed at that paticular Rhino dealer. A buddy of mine has rhino and I have line-x and have actually done a side by side comparison Line-x has much better fit and finish (for example:the little tie down hooks in the bed line-x removed before they sprayed rhino did not) and his Rhino is getting very brittle. Just my .02 go with the line-x
