The only thing different between a Ford and Mercury cab would be the radio delete plate. I might be prusuaded to part with my spare one if you show us pictures!

Found a 51 M1
I found a 51 M1 with a ford cab the other day. I had a good look at it and other than the a hole in the drivers door and some surface rust I could not find anything. It has a few dings and the wood in the bed is rough but it is straight and all there except for the seat. The guy is asking $2000.00 for it. I kinda know the guy so he is going to keep it for awhile so I just have to make up my mind one way or the other.

Sorry no pics yet. It is not running right now and I am not sure if the motor is frooze or not, couldn't turn it with the fan. The up side is the water pumps are not frooze and are not leaking and the rad is full of antifreeze. Also there are no signs of mice anywhere.
