E-150 upgrade
i have a '97 E-150 with the 5.4 v8 in it and i am thinking about upgrading it to a 250 or 350 whats specific (or general) parts would i need and what would need to be fabed? do any of the parts swap over from the trucks? what years would fit. and anythign else i might not have thought of.
