What is the tube called and how do I fix the leak?

Only drops oil out of it when I shut it off. Then it quits and does not leak during operation or start up.

the only tube coming out of the pan is the dipstick. passenger side near the starter. be careful messing with it cause if the large nut on the outside it stripped then bulkhead fitting inside will fall into the pan and then you need to pull the engine to fix it! bad very bad!

Turbo oil return is through the turbo pedestal. Is the tube on the right (passengers) side of the oil pan? That's your dip stick tube.

if its leaking at the tube there is an o-ring there. if its leaking at the pan bulkhead fitting then I have had some luck just tightening the nut with channel locks. but be carefull like I said above!

Not good like TJ said, the Oil pan needs to come off. Engine needs to be removed for this job.
