Clean da' Trails :)
I didn't mean to make it sound like the numerous huge massive brushy scattered fallen trees were in the way, just how much I was saved from dragging to the burn
No hurry, have to wait for rain anyway. Two pickemup loads, roughly 2/3rds cord? no problemo I'll cut and cant off to the side -- most of these alders aren't big. But some of it we will want to split before lifting into the truck.EDit: Do you want any fir? I throw a piece on sometimes cuz I like the blue and green flames. ("Creosote Remover")

There's a few green alders and one fir delimbed and ready to buck and load. Some have been on the ground since the November windstorm, but two other 22"D alders I felled 15 months ago are ready to buck and burn in the stove now/this winter. (They're mostly off the ground so no bottom rot.) One 26"D x 100' fir is still in the brush, you can see how bad you want it (there's plenty of easier wood to get)
All together, there's about three cords available from 6"-26"D lying around. In this pic the background and right side has a partial shot of that 15-month downed alder in it.
