stall/pause before acceleration
in my 83, with carb'ed 302, the engine will sometimes pause if you hit the gas after idling for a minute in motion. strangely, it doesnt seem to do it at traffic lights, where you sit with the brake on first. if you hit the gas hard, it seems like its about to stall, but it doesnt quite, and about 2 seconds later kicks in like normal. i havent had the carb tuned in a while, could this be the cause? im afraid of being hit while pulling out into traffic with this happening. thanks.
