Corporate 10 bolt Vs D44
ok hers the deal I have an '89-'90 F-150 2wd. I want to make it 4x4. I was thinking of an NP203/205 combo or an atlasII and figured I'd liky need custom D-shafts anyways. Now I was thinking of goind solid axel up front as opposed to IFS and have a '89 chevy suburban with a sloid front end and a GM Corporate 10 Bolt. would this be a decent swap? or would I be better off trying to find a Dana 44 or step up to a D50? As is I have an 8.8 in the rear, and a spare 8.8. should I just flip the 8.8 and change the gears?
