New Floor Pans

I'm just curious, does anyone know where i can get a pair of floor pans that will replace the ones i have in my ford, mine are rusted thru and i need some new ones. I have a couple of buddies that are just telling me to cut out the floor pans an weld in regular sheet metal, but i wanna make it look stock again.....any ideas.

Our Sponsor has them:

looks like that they are reasonable priced too.

Try blue oval, LMC, or NPD. I think they run around $39.95 in NPD.

I need to do the same thing. I Know that bronco graveyard and dennis carpenter also has them. The prices are all comparable of about $40. Does anyone know how much of an area the floor pans cover? (do they go all the way under the seat?)

Dont quote me but... I think they go up to the edge of the seat, and they are 29 inches wide.

The ones I bought went from the front cab seam to the top edge in the rear just under the front of the seat. Width wise from the top edge on the tranny hump to the door sill. You really get enough to do the whole floor. The rest of the cab floor is regular sheet metal. . .I think I have some pictures if you want.

Mind you, the sheet metal on these parts is a lighter gage metal, and you may need to reinforce the floor underneath some.

Eh I'll upload a few, I just put pans in two different trucks.. got mine from a local aftermarket supplier (the same ones sold by NPD, Jeffs, LMC, and BOTP). If you put floor pans in, put Cab Mounts in too. Its only a little bit more work, and chances are if the floor is shot...the mount is too.

The floors go from the firewall to the top edge of the footwell.. I'll post up the pics in a minute.

Is the footwell the part that the seat bolts to? Can you order one of those also?

I don't think so. Where the seat bolts too is too simple to necessitate an aftermarket stamping. It's basicall all simple shapes and flat sheet metal you should be able to cut out yourself. If your talking about the front seat brace, I do beleive a few people carry that but it will be a bear to remove. . .

. . .I'd post my pics, but I see 4stars beat me too it

No seam sealer where the cab mount meets the floor pan, also there is no sealer around the crossmember that runs under the seat. Nobody reproduces the parts under the seats. Rust just isnt that common in that area.

I have a set of floorpans just kind of sitting in place over the rust in my truck. How did you guys mount yours? Did you bother cutting out the rusted areas?
