oasis report question
Is it possible for a work done on a vehicle at a ford dealer, not to be reported on the OASIS report.
If the owner of the dealership and a someone who owned a vehicle were good friends and they needed work done on the truck but didnt want it to show up on a oasis report, that they could do this?

I believe that it is possible. If the dealership fails to make the entry into the system then it will not show up. The information has to be entered separately so them merely completing a service order does not automatically enter it into OASIS.

I concur. The onus is on the dealer to enter the data in the system. If it were up to most dealers, they wouldn't report anything because of the extra time and effort needed to load the data into the system....those folks entering data could be doing something else to bring in revenue.
