Degas bottle coolant level.

Hey all! Hope all is well with you all! I have been having some coolant puking issues with my F450. Taking it back to the Ford dealer Tuesday. I did a little test on it today. I have not raised the coolant level in the bottle back up to "Min." mark on decal, since last puking episode. So I loaded my trailer and took a lap with it this A.M. , and this P.M. in 97 degree desert weather. Used tow/haul like always, ran the a/c and put cruise on at 61 mph. Mixed rolling to hilly terrain, went approx. 15 miles A.M. and P.M. No more coolant puke! It just seems to be happy having the level in degas bottle just below "Min." line on decal. We will see what the Ford guys have to say. GOD BLESS OUR TROOPS!!!! DALEDIESEL

I know they did a TSB on the lable for those bottles for that very reason. Best of luck.

degas label.

Thanks FORDEXTREME, I have had the decal installed previously. Now coolant seems to not puke if the level stays just under the MIN line on the decal. Truck runs outstanding! Dealer and I agreed to monitor the situation and I will advise them, as to how it's doing. Thanks! DALEDIESEL.

Dale that is exactly where mine sits any more than that and it pukes it.
