My 302 in my 95 Bronco squeaks until the engine is completely warmed up and then the noise disappears. I thought it would disappear in the summer warm weather but it hasn't. Is it the serpentine belt squeaking, and if so, is there any way of fixing it? The truck is too beautiful to be squeaking all the time, it really takes away from it.
I had the same problem with my '91 and from what I've read there's an inherent problem that I figured they would've fixed by '95. It turns out that the stock water pump is misaligned. Mine will squeal when it rains or is humid outside. I did try WD40 but it only worked temorarily. There are anti-sqeak lubricants for belts at you local auto shop.
Also, suggest using a piece of garden hose or gift wrap cardboard tube (we have a nurse's stethoscope) to probe around and listen to isolate that noise..be careful of the fan & belts/alt fan tho!
also, besides the belt, check for noise from the serpentine belt's idler pulley; seems that a lot of folks replace this idler when they replace the belt. there is a tsb on this:

I have a 95 Bronco w/302, and I had that same exact problem, the fix for it was a new idler pully. The one that was there had developed a flat spot on it, and when it touched the belt it would whistle untill it heated up, and softened up.
