Diesel $1.33/l ~ $5.08/gallon
(but you have to pay special "diesel" tax if you have a diesel vehicle, this depends the weight, type and the age of the car, for -00 F250 4x4 CC it could somewhere $500/year, this is not high because of the type of my vehicle= Pickup/Van, almost half of the passanger car tax)
Gas $1.79/l ~ $ 6.74/gallon
Then other thing I don't want to even remember in Finland is the prices of the cars
~ 100% compared to US. So hopefully this warms your minds, heads up guys you don't pay so much for the gas

Okay, since you guys brought this up i looked on my home today and saw 2.75 diesel and gas at 2.95. I hope it stays this way forever. My gasoline buddy will be quite mad when we get in our heated debates on why diesel is better. There number 1 reason gas is cheaper hahahahaa i win now!

Diesel is now about .30/gallon cheaper here in Central and Southern Indiana. I drove from Indianapolis to Louisville, KY and back today. Diesel for non-exempt autos was 2.67, 2.61 for exempt trucks, at several truckstops while gas was 2.95-2.98.

Before I dumped my gasser (it was a FlexFuel Ranger), I was paying about $1.70/g for E85 (it ran 30c cheaper than gas). It would be nice to see some more BD places around here. The closest place is Pensacola...
