Blacked out tail lights
Ive looked around a bit but havent found anyone talking about this recently, let me know if some one has posted about it. But i have a 2000 styleside f150 XLT, and am lookin for blacked out tail lights. I have seen them before but cant find em online. I dont really want to do a film on the outside unless thats what its meant for, i dont want to skimp on it and have it look like crap. I want the real deal. Anybody know where i can get a pair, or a spray or something, i think they are one of the sweetest asthetic mods you can have on a silver truck! but i cant find em! help!

I have done this mode that you are talking about. I posted pics and a brief discription of the process that I used under the Expy forum. I did it my self due to the high price that internet places charged, and you had to send them your tail lights. I think the pic of my Expy in my signiture has the tinted tail lights.

Here is the thread for the tail lights that I tinted my self. I also did a google search before I did them my self (for info and priceing)

excellent man thanks, but that actually looks beyond my experience ability! i can do the engine stuff, but i havent ever attempted the asthetic stuff! but thanks for the info i just might role up my sleeves and try this method if i get the equipment!

I work at a body shop and had the painters mix up some tint for me... all it is, is black paint and clear mixed together and sprayed on. If this is what you were looking for, pm me and I'll give you the step by step!
