I have no badges on my pickup other than the stock F150 badge that was airbrushed two tone like the body, but since I have been working on restoration on my car I was thinking about putting some aftermarket 351 badging on the car. Never had badging for engine size and not sure where it would look good, (infront of the front wheel well arches or behind) but the badge size the website didnt list but its a silver badge with 351 in red and below it theres a underline bar that is underlineing the 351 and in black it says HIGH PERFORMANCE. Since I first saw the badges I wanted to put them on but now im kinda in the so-so area of not knowing what to do. So I am asking what others think. Do I put badges that the car never had saying the displacement of the engine or do I say screw it and leave the exterior stock appearing for the sleeper look.
Yes, thats the emblem I was looking at. At first I thought it would look great but lately I dont know im split 50-50 if i should add the emblems after I repaint the car or do I go back stock looking on the exterior. I also dont know where to put the emblems either. at the very front of the fenders above the molding that runs down the length of the body or do i put it behind the wheel arch infront of the door.
www.billetbadges.com They can make custom made badges. Not too bad of prices. Just send them an email. They take a couple days to respond. They are pretty busy.
