Suspension problem

97 F-150 2WD 130xxx miles. Truck leans pretty hard to the drivers side. What all could cause this?

Does it lean while it is parked, or does it pull while you are driving?

It leans all the time. Doesn't pull at all.

my 98 4x4 leans 2 in lower on the driver side as well. looking for any suggestions.

I would suspect that the coil spring has failed. My friends '67 Chebbie used to sag really bad on the passenger side. I helped him put some of thoes cheap coil spring spacers between the coils last year. They are holding up, and leveled out the ride.
