You'll be looking for a while, Ford never made a 1977/79 Supercab dually, or any Styleside dually in the 1970's. Only dual wheeled Ford trucks made in the 1970's were cab and chassis only. No rear fenders to accomodate dual wheels were made for pickups before 1980.

From 1980 thru 1989, only F350 Styleside dual rear wheeled pickups were made.

Sorry, the only reference I have is total F350 production for each year. The cab and chassis production numbers aren't available individually.

Standard Catalog of Light Duty Ford Trucks 1905-2002 / by John Gunnell / krause.com / ISBN: 0-87349-411-3

Excellent reference book. Lists accessories, models, colors, chassis, MSRP, production figures, etc.

Here's another: Pickup Trucks by Mike Mueller / motorbooks.com / ISBN: 0-7603-1842-5 / History of the pickup truck / full color softbound ($12.95 at Barnes & Noble-bargain table)

No one can have too many books. I have several thousand on auto history alone.
