I too have a RHD F100 sold as a 1979 model in Australia.
It was the first year to have square headlights and disc brakes on the front. Still had the twin I beam front end though.
Driveline on mine is 351C C6 9inch in a short wheelbase.
Some of the steering colunm parts were sourced from the Ford Falcon (passenger car) of the era.
We also only got the poverty pack vehicals (no air, no power steering and only basic instruments)
