The email might not be of any help to you cause it was probably setup just to do this sort of thing with alot of false info. But depending on the site the purchase was made from many of them log the IP address used to help track these sorts of frauds.

Also, some places may actually treat it like an ATM, and take a small "processing fee" like you would pay to take money out. I just say "credit" all the time, even though it's a debit card, and this way, no one sees my pin either.

yea, but I've never seen a non swipe sale where you dont need the ex. date , and lots of places now require the security code on the back...
