this may sound dumb, but im positive i've seen some f 250's with a shorter antenna that is black and kind of curved. I tried looking online but cant find anything? Do they make any special antennas? Just want to upgrade from the big stock one.

I just purchased one of these a couple of weeks ago and it works great. I have a low garage door and got tired of the factory antenna smacking the trim every time I would pull in/out of the garage. I was skeptical about their claim that it improves reception, but it does seem that I can pick up the local station further out of town.
